A solo project to create an impactful and stunning interaction for visitors. Includes building creative interactive experiences, designing 2D / 3D digital assets, programming and coding through the Unity game engine.
BRIEF
This Project aims to provide future development of Hong Kong Lantau Island, I use the physical data to build a realistic geometric and allow users to interactive to discover more.
Role
Interactive Experience - To present this theme, I created a realistic 3D model as the primary visual element. Through meticulous design and craftsmanship, I effectively conveyed the future development blueprint to the audience.
Art Direction - I integrated different maps to create a comprehensive 3D texture map to match the realistic art direction.
3D Model - I studied and developed using the Unity Game Engine to produce the 3D model in real-time.
UI & UX - I handled all interactions and visuals on the screen.
Coding - I solo-coded the program to implement functions such as touch-to-zoom, automatic 3D model rotation, finger-swipe mode switching, and playing videos and images on the information page.
REAL-TIME 3D LANDSCAPE MODEL
This program and its structure are created using the Unity Game Engine, featuring realistic map textures and real-time cloud and ocean simulations.
It allows users to touch and drag to explore and discover more about the island's development.
